Refunds and Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returns and refunds for products purchased from Adjanys ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and aim to provide a fair and transparent process for handling returns and refunds.

1. Products Covered

This policy applies to the following products sold across all our domains:

High-End Photography Services (digital products)
Innovative Marketing Solutions (digital products)
Handcrafted Pearl Pendulums (physical products)
Art/Miscellaneous Products (physical & digital products)

2. Initiating a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at me@adjanys.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return or refund request. We will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Eligibility

Handcrafted Pearl Pendulums & Physical Products:
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The product must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage.
You must provide proof of purchase.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Digital Products (High-End Photography Services & Innovative Marketing Solutions):
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, including photography or graphic design services, refunds will not be issued once the product is delivered.

Photography/Graphic Design:
For photography or graphic design services, no refund will be granted if the product has been publicly displayed, used in promotional materials, or otherwise shared publicly prior to initiating the refund request. The refund request must be made before any public usage.

4. Return Shipping

For physical products:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Processing Returns and Refunds

Physical Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Digital Products: As digital products are non-refundable, no refund will be processed after delivery, except in cases where the product has not been used or shared publicly, and a review on a case-by-case basis is required.

6. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital files once they have been accessed or downloaded
Customized or personalized products
Services already rendered
Digital products that have been publicly displayed, used in promotional materials, or otherwise shared publicly

7. Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at me@adjanys.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at me@adjanys.com.
